Rent Ad Space

Anyone who owns a business knows how important it is to get the word out to being the customers in. My problem with advertising is the fact that you spend too much money for one ad that may or may not hit your target market. Radio, TV and newspaper ads are a gamble. To me they are a waste of money. I prefer the cost effectiveness of mobile advertising and that's exactly what inspired this post.
For tax purposes I lettered up my personal vehicle which is a form of mobile advertising when you consider the fact that I put 150 miles on my car each week doing my job. How many drivers see that lettering and call me as a result? How many more mention my company during relevant conversations? The best part about this form of advertising is the fact that I paid for it once and unlike a radio ad or a newspaper ad it never expires and it's a form of endless advertising. Once it has paid for itself it becomes free advertising. Similar to t-shirts we wear that advertise a company or an event. Even the dealership logo on your car is free advertising for that dealership.

That being said. ask yourself this; "How many businesses in your area (and beyond) would pay a small fee to rent ad space on your car or one of your shirts/coats? Now all you have to do is make a list and find out who to contact after you figure out what to charge and how much it will cost to make it all happen. Don't forget the mark up percentage so you aren't working for free.

Internet Cafe, a 35.9 billion dollar thriving industry in challenging times.

I was doing my usual surfing through the classifieds looking for new ways to make money. I landed on an interesting ad for an Internet Cafe that was for sale. At first I assumed the business was for sale  which made me curious about the $1,000 price tag. So being the inquisitive person I am I answered the ad asking a few questions.

The owner told me the business plan is professionally written and already approved by the bank. All I need to execute the business plan and build a 6 six figure income is a downpayment on the start up loan or collateral, a healthy credit rating, industry experience and commitment to my investment for the next five years.
The reason for selling the business plan is to regain the money that was lost in a bad investment. Chase already has a business that is going well and is not interested in opening up a cafe. At least not right now. So I decided to look into this market and see what the possibilities are. I interviewed a four business experts and a couple of bankers I know. They all agree that an Internet cafe would be a winner even in this economy simply because it caters to a wider market than an ordinary cafe or coffee shop. The selling point of the Internet Cafe is the marketing strategy. Unlike traditional cafe's, the Internet Cafe combines the wide spread addiction of video games and computers with a traditional coffee shop atmosphere to redefine the social experience.

Internet cafe's are nothing new. They've been around since the early 1990's. One thing I like about the Internet cafe industry is it's ability to cater to the ever changing tastes of the local economy. It's such an out of the box business model and I think that uniqueness is how this business has been able to survive all that the economy has to throw at it at and come out on top. Today's Internet Cafe's are a pleasant  upgrade to the Internet cafe I used to frequent in my twenties. That one was a dump that didn't have much to offer but it still made a six figure income off of Internet addicts that had no computers at home and gaming junkies that just wanted to get out of the house but can't stop gaming.

I was a regular at the local Internet cafe despite the fact that I had my own computer and internet connection at home. The Internet cafe allowed me to get out once in a while and go somewhere I felt entertained. Today's Internet cafe caters to book worms video game addicts and Internet junkies alike.

So anyone who is interested in owning their own business but doesn't have the time to write the business plan here's one with the work already completedhttp://plattsburgh.craigslist.org/bfs/3924727066.html

Freelance Typing Jobs

The stress of my job hit an all-time high this week which sent me surfing for a work at home job today. As usual I got all of the boring programs that promise you the moon and then make it impossible to earn money unless you chain yourself to your computer and live on these web sites. You give them your time and energy and they thank you for your valuable insights that they use to make millions in the marketplace, with peanuts. Can you say SUCKER?

Taking surveys seems to be a popular way to make money from home. It’s always at the top of the search results when I use the search words, “work at home” and there seems to be thousands of web sites that offer this so called opportunity. I never understood why, since I have never seen a return on any of the surveys I've taken, unless being bored to tears counts. My experiences with these survey sites have left a very bad taste in my mouth. So much so that every time I see one of their ads or a misleading offer I feel my blood start to boil. So for me, survey sites not a way to make money at home. I'd rather have a root canal than waste my life online filling out boring and redundant surveys like some brainless twit. No offence to anyone out there who actually makes a living doing surveys. (Kudos to you) That's just how I feel about it.

Anyway, I changed my search words and found an interesting home typing job. My typing and accuracy skills are mediocre at best and freelance typing jobs usually require fast typing and accuracy at the professional level. What I like about this website is the link to an online training website that you can use to bring your typing skills up to the professional levels that will allow you to take in data entry work from your home. It also gives you tips on how to turn your freelance typing into your own home based business. This website has definitely got my attention. I work in a warehouse with far too many morons that are constantly making up stories and grandstanding which tends to add unnecessary stress for anyone like me who has no patience for immature adults and attention whores behaving like the villages idiot.  I've always wanted to be self-employed and working with morons is a very strong motivator toward making that happen ASAP.

Freelancing your skills is one of the best ways to avoid the scams and slave sites. It also allows you to stay in control of you workload and your income. You set the rates and the working conditions/ workload. The employer gives you a detailed agenda of what he is looking for and you decide if you want the job or not.

That being said; here's what I want you to do, after you visit the web site I just told you about, and you decide that you want to join this site, come back to this post and click on the next link.

The links posted below are for people who don't want to work for anyone but themselves and if you joined the first website to get the training and information on how to use your computer talents to make money online you will need a place to find job offers and advertise for contracts. That's what the next web site will offer you.

Unlimited Online Training

This one is not free but it is well worth the money. For $69 you have 6 months to complete the training course of your choice and recieve your certificate. I paid the unlimited training fee of $189 so I can take as many courses as I want for the next year. In one month I have completed three courses that I need to be self-employed and become an excellent negotiator/ sales person. I even took a memory building cvourse that really helped me with my weak memory. This is something you have to see. All courses are on line and you have access to your instructors 24/7. You also have open contact with other students so you have all of the help you need to pass your courses and plump up your credentials for that better paying job or that new career you have been dreaming of.
